ABOUT US
Our Story
Sage Properties 518 was founded with a simple goal: to help bring the Capital Region’s historic cities back to life. Our roots go back to post-Katrina New Orleans, where we learned firsthand what it takes to rebuild neighborhoods and restore communities. Returning home, we applied those same principles to Albany, Troy, Schenectady, and the surrounding areas — combining disciplined property management with a commitment to revitalization.

Where We Work
We focus exclusively on the Capital Region of Upstate New York. From Albany’s brownstones to Troy’s historic row houses, Schenectady’s multifamily communities, and the growing suburban markets around them, our team is rooted here. We know these markets deeply because this is where we live and invest.
