Broker Sponsorship

Property management services are offered through Sage Properties 518, an affiliate of Rooted Property Group, Licensed New York State Real Estate Brokerage. All leasing and brokerage activity is conducted under Rooted Property Group and its supervising broker.

Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs)

In accordance with New York State law, Rooted Property Group has adopted the following SOPs:

1. Identification – We do not require government-issued ID before showing a property.

2. Broker Agreement – We require a signed non-exclusive broker agreement before providing brokerage services.

3. Pre-Approval / Proof of Funds – We require a mortgage pre-approval or proof of funds prior to showing a property.

 

Affiliate Disclosure

Sage Properties 518 may recommend services from affiliates, including Rooted Property Group (brokerage) and Pillar Build 518 (construction), as well as other affiliates or preferred vendors. Use of affiliates is optional. A key feature of our company is that we intentionally develop and recommend affiliates in an effort to provide a more full-scale and, whenever possible, affordable experience for customers, so we make every effort to make this abundantly clear to all parties.
